Introduction

The On-Board Sales System is an advanced solution designed for managing and issuing travel tickets directly on public transport vehicles. By integrating secure payment devices and high-performance printers, the system allows for efficient passenger service, reducing purchase times and ensuring transaction traceability. The platform is fully integrated with the AVM system, enabling centralized management and real-time monitoring of sales operations.

Product Features

The On-Board Sales System uses a PLUS2 thermal printer for issuing travel tickets, ensuring high print quality and long-lasting paper media. The system is compatible with cash and credit/debit card payments, supporting major payment technologies, including contactless and chip&pin. The 4MB internal flash memory allows for storing custom logos and fonts, adapting to the specific needs of transport operators. Thanks to RS232, TTL, and miniUSB connections, the device easily integrates with on-board telematics infrastructure, ensuring secure data transmission. The printer is equipped with advanced sensors for detecting print head temperature, paper presence, and door status, preventing service interruptions. Certified UL, CE, and FCC, it is designed to operate in harsh environmental conditions, with a temperature range from -20°C to +70°C. Integration with the AVM system also allows for remote monitoring of operations and real-time updating of sales data.
