Elmec Elettronica continues to develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of an increasingly technological market.
Elmec Elettronica integrates three main operational areas within the same production site: hardware, mechanics, and software. This organization promotes fluid communication between departments, allowing us to respond precisely to customer needs.
Thanks to this synergy, every component of our products evolves in a coordinated manner, ensuring higher quality, efficiency, and speed in research, development, and prototyping processes.
Our commitment to innovation is articulated in three areas of development and research: hardware, mechanics, and software. Each sector works in synergy to design cutting-edge solutions, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and quality at every stage of the production process.

Electronic boards are generally produced externally by leading companies in the sector, with whom Elmec Elettronica has long-standing solid relationships. The assembly and mounting of the boards are carried out following rigorous, well-tested work protocols. The purchase and selection of production materials are managed internally, as well as the entire production process, up to final tests and inspections. Everything takes place at our headquarters.

Our mechanical area is responsible for designing aluminum profiles, which are produced by external suppliers equipped with matrices and injectors for aluminum casting, essential for obtaining the desired profile. Once produced, the profiles are sent to our facility, where internal assembly is carried out. This process is done in collaboration with third-party companies that have been working with Elmec Elettronica for many years and includes operations such as cutting, bending, and insertion of fastening elements, followed by finishing treatments like sandblasting and satin finishing, thus ensuring the perfect integration of mechanical parts in our final products.

Elmec Elettronica's software department develops embedded solutions, management systems, and cloud solutions, designed internally to offer tailored solutions. Our software, modular and expandable, supports client-server communication and integration with other systems, managing updates, databases, and cloud connections. The management systems allow fleet monitoring, fare management, and validation parameters, both on board and at ground-based points of sale. Continuously evolving, the software receives frequent updates to respond to new industry needs. We are developing account-based ticketing systems, alongside ticket-based ones. Finally, we manage the entire production process of passenger cards, from request to shipping.
