The EMV-Transit Check In – Check Out System uses an advanced OB108-Check-Out validator, designed to support EMV Level 1, ISO 14443 A/B/B, and ISO 18092 payment technologies for reading contactless cards and NFC mobile devices. The device ensures high security standards thanks to PCI PTS 5.1 certification and the management of 4 SAM modules for transaction encryption. Equipped with Ethernet 10/100, Bluetooth 4.2, USB and RS232 connectivity, the system easily integrates with the on-board telematics infrastructure, ensuring smooth communication with the central system. Card reading takes place in a matter of seconds, reducing boarding times and improving passenger flow. The power supply is compatible with 12V-24V DC on-board systems, while the sleep mode allows for optimized energy consumption. Thanks to its compact design and robust structure, the validator is resistant to impacts and atmospheric agents, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging environmental conditions. Integration with ticketing management systems also allows for remote fare updates and customization of payment methods, offering a flexible and scalable service for public transport operators.
